In short

Luxare the Prismatic is a legendary Wind Support from the Eldrin faction. With a deep health pool and solid defence, they are a sturdy member of the Support class, built to stay on the field rather than race ahead of the enemy.

Values as of game version 0.62.1598.

Luxare's stat spread is the clearest guide to how they play. Their HP is among the highest on the whole roster and the fourth highest of any Support, so they take a good deal of punishment before going down. Defence is above average for both the roster and their class, which adds to that staying power.

Their attack is around the roster average and a little better than most Supports manage. That makes them a Support who contributes some damage of their own rather than relying wholly on others for it, though it is not what defines them.

Speed is the weak point. At 98, Luxare is slower than most heroes and slower than most Supports, so they tend to act later in a round. Expect them to be a durable presence on the field that is rarely first to move, and plan around that slower turn rate. Their crit rate, crit damage and resistance match every other hero, so none of those separates them from the pack.
