By using this website, the optimiser or the desktop app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Our content
Articles, tier lists, ratings and tools are provided for general information and entertainment. Game balance changes often; we work hard to keep things current but cannot guarantee that every recommendation is accurate or up to date. See our editorial policy for how we work and how to request a correction.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, scrape it at scale, or break the law.
Desktop app and game data
The desktop app reads data that is already available to your game client in order to sync your roster. Third-party tools may be subject to each game's own terms of service; you are responsible for deciding whether to use them. We never ask for your game credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse-engineer paid features, or republish our content wholesale.
Intellectual property
Original text, data compilations and software are © Gatchanews. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners — see the fan-site disclaimer.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, or for in-game decisions made using our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
