Furnos the Iron Wall overview
Furnos is a front-line body first and foremost. His HP is among the highest of all 233 heroes, second only to one other, and his defence sits in the top handful as well. Together those two stats make him one of the sturdiest options in the game, and sturdy even by the standards of a class that exists to absorb damage.
His attack is a quieter story. It is below average across the full roster, yet it is among the best you will find in the Tank class, so he brings a little more bite than most of his peers. He is not a damage dealer, but he is not entirely passive either.
Speed is the one stat that holds him back. He sits around the roster average but is slower than most Tanks, so expect him to act later in a round than many of the heroes beside him. That suits a hero whose job is to stay standing and keep the enemy busy rather than to set the pace. His crit rate and crit damage are the same as every other hero's, so there is little to gain from treating him as a striker.
