Locked out of Dragonheir by the Facebook login fault? Send Support this before Candy Bean Battle runs out

If Facebook is your only way into Dragonheir: Silent Gods and you play from the United States, you may be shut out right now, and waiting it out is the wrong move. Some US players can't log in through Facebook while the team investigates, so what you do next depends entirely on what else is tied to your account.

That matters more than usual this week, because Candy Bean Battle is handing out Heliolite Dice and its clock is already running.

Facebook-only accounts need Support, not patience

The Steam notice went up on 27 October. If another login method is linked, use that for now. If Facebook is the only link, write to Customer Support, who will attach your existing account to a different login once you've proved it's yours.

Proof is where tickets stall, so gather everything before you send one:

• Character name or Character ID
• Date you created the character, plus your last login date
• The device you normally play on
• The country or region you usually log in from
• If you've ever paid: screenshots of your first 1–3 and latest 1–3 in-game purchase receipts

Then the odd step. Support wants a new game account too, linked to an Apple ID or Google account, and that account's Character ID in the same message. Do it up front rather than waiting to be asked.

Facebook login trouble also got its own notice on 25 August, so this is the second in about nine weeks. Once you're back in, add a second login method immediately. One provider's outage shouldn't be able to strand a whole account, and I wouldn't leave mine exposed to that twice.

Candy Bean Battle is pinball with a shop attached

The Halloween event runs 27 October to 6 November (UTC+0). Ten Pinball Pop stages sit at its core, a new Challenge opening each day: match balls, clear the rising piles, take your rewards. Door-to-Door Mischief adds a social layer, letting you prank friends or send them daily Candy Beans, so a live friends list earns its keep here.

The currency that counts is Wonder Candy Beans. The Candy Shop swaps them for Heliolite Dice, Auric Tokens and Exclusive Avatar Frames, and my order is simple: Dice, then Tokens, and frames only if you collect them. Don't close the event without opening your Achievement Log either, because hidden Challenge Quests in there pay extra Heliolite Dice and limited-time titles.

Two freebies to grab while you're logged in

The season launch code DRAGONS9 can be redeemed until 22 November, 04:59 UTC+0, and pays 5 Heliolite Dice, 500 Wyrmarrow, 2 Mini Stamina Bread and 5,000,000 Gold. Keep the codes page open when you redeem it.

Three Ears Commission is the smaller one. Comment a prank idea on the official Facebook post by 4 November (UTC+0) and eligible entrants get a CDK with 300 Wyrmarrow and 5 Thunder Gummy. Yes, it's on Facebook. Locked-out players will enjoy that.

Hold those Dice for a moment

Selected Summons I-Shadow appears on the season calendar from 31 October, with exact timings set in-game, and the Undertow season rundown covers what else this season adds. Syonis, who cuts enemy Defence and lifts Shadow School Attack, got his official overview on 30 October, so Shadow players have a reason to count Dice before spending any. Everyone else can check the full calendar and pick their moment.
